A source is only sourcing resumes online and will only initiate email communication (non-voice communication) with a candidate at the client’s discretion. In addition to sourcing qualified candidates, a recruiter calls and pre-screens candidates (voice communication) for our clients by phone.

Sourcers can work up to five positions each day of a five-day work week. You can change the positions the source works on every day. Therefore, sources may work on up to 25 positions per week.
